Harvest Hub was co-founded in San Jose, CA by Rachael and DeeDee — one with a backyard, one with a patio, both with the same question: what is our garden actually capable of?
Our Story
We didn’t start as gardeners. We started as people who couldn’t trust the grocery store anymore.
Harvest Hub was built by two co-founders who came to food the same way — through frustration. Grocery bills that kept climbing. Labels that raised more questions than they answered. A quiet sense that depending entirely on someone else’s supply chain for your family’s food was a fragile position to be in.
They both decided to do something about it. They both started small. And they both discovered the same thing: a small, well-planned garden produces more than most people expect — and changes how you think about what’s possible.
Harvest Hub started as a tracking spreadsheet. Now it’s a free app for anyone who is at exactly that moment.
